The Ushio Festival is Otaru’s biggest summer event. Otaru Canal Cruise will operate a special cruise for this festival’s fireworks display. As our canal boats are open, you can enjoy great views of the fireworks. Tickets for this cruise can only be purchased through our official website. If you purchase tickets from other sites (auction site etc.), no refund will be provided if this cruise is cancelled because of bad weather. Furthermore, please understand that any tickets found to be purchased from resellers will be deemed invalid, and the cancellation fees will be charged to the holders of those tickets. After purchase, we will send you tickets in electronic form by email. It is necessary to present these e-ticket when boarding. Please be sure to contact us in advance if you do not receive the email containing your e-tickets. Again, please understand that screenshots of e-ticket cannot be used to board. Please note that if there are any changes to the fireworks event schedule, the meeting time and boarding schedule may also be subject to change. We appreciate your understanding.
